Be informed on the process before you apply

At FLINTDIA, the application process provides us an opportunity to know each other, review the information, and assess whether your interests align with potential contribution you could make to company’s success.

Undergraduate and Advanced Degrees

You need to complete the following steps before we can welcome you on board:


Application Form:

We require the following information when submitting your application online: Covering Letter, Resume/CV, and College Transcripts.

Once your application is received, our team will review your application and you will be notified if you are selected for the assessment centre or the interview.


Assessment Centre:

You may be asked to attend the assessment centre. This will include exercise on team bonding, leadership, negotiation, case study, and possibly an interview with senior team members. We will provide you full guidance when we invite you to the assessment centre.

Once your results are assessed, our assessment team will notify you on the offer or invite you for another round of interview.

Interview:

You will be asked to attend an interview, so that we have the opportunity to know each other and most importantly find out more about the candidate’s personal strengths. The interview will last for approximately an hour.

Once our team have assessed the interview results, if successful, we will notify you on the offer.

Offer:

If successful at this state, we will make you a formal offer.

We have experience interviews as well as case interviews. Using these tools we are able to assess your problem solving, aspiration, impact, personal, and leadership skills.

Experience Interview

If you are invited to interview then you have already made an impression. Our experience interview is designed to highlight the skills you have developed in your past accomplishments as well as identify your future aspirations.

For instance, you might be asked to show us how you were able to make an impact; how did you overcome obstacles; and how did you lead your team to the particular impactful decision.

The analysis will enable interviewers at FLINTDIA to determine as to where you could be positioned in the company and how could you add value to our clients.

Case Interviews

A case interview allows us to discuss business problems in depth. The case involves quantitative and qualitative insights as well as real-world business scenarios.
